Q. I have misplaced some parts of the product. Do you sell spare parts? If yes, how can I get them?

Yes we sell spare parts. Please email us the product name and the photograph and part number at info@indicbricks.com. You will find the part number in the building instructions. Once we have the details, we will get back to you with the price and availability.

Q. How do I track my order?

Once the product is ready and dispatched we will mail you an email with the delivery partner being used as well as the tracking number for your product.

Q. How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

For orders within India the average delivery time is 3-5 days. International orders take an average of 7-10 days.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

At present, we accept Net-Banking, UPI, Debit and Credit Cards (except American Express and Diners Club Cards) and PayPal.

Q. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) ?

At present we do not accept cash on delivery for our products.
